7.3. Photobiological safety

have been tested regarding the risk group deﬁ nition within

the framework of EN 62471:2008.

According to EN 62471-1, PrevaLED

Core LED modules

have to be classiﬁ ed in risk group 1. In absence of UV and

IR radiation, no labeling is required in RG 1 (TR 62471-2).
